How to choose the right size?
Taking accurate measurements is key to finding the perfect size. Here's a simple 3-step guide:
The 3 essential measures
1. Chest measurement
Place the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest part of your chest.
The measuring tape must be perfectly straight, neither too tight nor too loose.
Keep your arms relaxed at your sides
2. Waist circumference
• Locate the lowest point of your natural waist (usually above the navel)
The measuring tape should go around your waist without compressing your stomach.
• Breathe normally and measure on the exhalation
3. Hip measurement
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks
Keep your feet together for greater accuracy
• Check that the measuring tape remains horizontal
🎯 How to use the size chart?
1. Take your measurements (in cm) with a tape measure
2. Compare with the information in the table opposite.
3. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose according to the desired effect:
· ✓ For more comfort → choose the next size up
• ✓ For a fitted cut → choose the size below
4. If there is a difference between your measurements (e.g., chest M and hips L), use the larger measurement.
